Home Care
Providing care in the home not only saves on hospital and nursing home costs, but also improves the patients’ quality of life.

You can trust Visiting Nurses Home Care to deliver the attentive, professional care that your loved one needs and deserves. Each of our employees is thoroughly screened, reference checked, and tested before they are considered for employment, and are insured for your protection.
VNHC employs fully qualified health care professionals to provide home care services.
A Personal Care Aide (PCA) can provide assistance with bathing, toileting, eating and dressing, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, transferring, medication reminders, and other non-medical tasks.
A Home Health Aide (HHA) provides the same services as a PCA, plus colostomy care, taking blood pressure and counting respirations, dressing skin surfaces, taking oral and axillary temperatures, and can assist with braces, splints and slings.
A Visiting Nurses Home Care Nursing Supervisor will arrange to meet with you in your home to develop a plan of care most suited to your needs. Then, one of our Service Coordinators will match your needs with the most qualified home care professional. Service is provided on an hourly basis. Your physician will be contacted as necessary for further orders.
